During pet emergencies, quick action and expert care can make all the difference. Our emergency services provide medical attention during business hours for pets facing critical health issues. With advanced diagnostic tools and a highly skilled veterinary team, we are ready to handle urgent situations with precision and compassion. Whether your pet is experiencing sudden illness, injury, or another urgent condition, we are here to offer the care they need when it matters most.

After-Hours Emergency Support
We understand that medical concerns don’t always wait for business hours. That’s why we’ve partnered with Smart.Vet to provide our clients with trusted, professional after-hours support.
If you have a concern about your pet outside of our regular hours, you can now speak directly with a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) by calling 1-647-695-5411. This triage call is free of charge.
The RVT will assess your pet’s situation and guide you on the next best steps:
- If your pet is stable and can wait for an in-clinic appointment, they will advise you to book with us during business hours.
- If a more immediate virtual consultation is needed, the RVT may recommend a video appointment with a Smart Vet veterinarian (fees apply for this service).
- If your pet requires urgent in-person care, the RVT will arrange a referral to an appropriate emergency hospital, such as those listed below.
If a virtual consultation is required or your pet is transferred to an emergency hospital, a written report of the discussion and recommendations will be sent to our clinic so we can follow up and ensure continuity of care.
